由於供應商競爭激烈，所以其實現在prepaid card的收費也非常接近。一舨來說，0.09€/min / sms, 之後上網每個月扣你prepaid入面的9.9x€-10€不等，但給予的3g limit是由500mb-1gb不等。每月自己再在各超市/dm買相應的增值卡。

我在O2 join個plan (不用簽幾多個月), 開張sim card係25歐, 然後每個月月費10歐, 跟住就iphone + Hotspot (link落部電腦度) 在德國全國無限任上網了。打電話(or long d)都可以用Skype/Viber, 又可以任上what's app.... (from Yuki)
